x Suusakeskuste AS offers the opportunity to use the slopes of the centers for alpine skiing and snowboarding during the winter season, utilizing ski lifts for uphill transport (EMTAK 93299 - other amusement and leisure activities not classified elsewhere).

x The condition for using the service is possessing a valid ski pass. It is not permitted to be in the area designated for alpine skiing and snowboarding without a ski pass (prohibited both during opening hours and outside of them). Exceptions: 1) assisting a child on the training slope is allowed without a ski pass; 2) during events/competitions according to the arrangement. 

x To use the lift, one must always pass through the ticket gate beforehand, where the validity of the ticket is checked. Upon request by Suusakeskuste AS staff (including the lift operator, ski patrol, ski school instructor), the visitor is obliged to present their ticket for validity verification. Refusal may result in the ski pass being blocked and denial of service. 

x Regarding the obligation to use services and possess a ski pass, children visiting the center with an adult guardian may be subject to different conditions depending on their age, which may vary depending on the center, may be valid only for certain periods or under certain conditions (promotions). 

x The price for the mountain ticket must be paid as announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of purchase. Prices announced on Suusakeskuste AS websites, catalogs, advertisements, price lists, etc., are not binding and may be changed without prior notice, including the use of dynamic pricing, for example, during campaigns or to regulate the number of visitors to the center. 

x To purchase a mountain ticket or to load free skiing time for a child, a reusable AXESS or SKIDATA chip card is required. Most chip cards used in other ski centers also work in the Suusakeskuste AS system (exceptions are noted on the websites). If you do not have a chip card, you can purchase one according to the current price list. The card is not bought back.

x The mountain ticket is personal. To verify the right to own a mountain ticket or to purchase a discounted mountain ticket depending on age, the visitor is required to present a photo ID. Refusal may result in the ticket being blocked and service being denied. The mountain ticket is not allowed to be resold or transferred.

x The mountain ticket may be valid in one or more centers, as announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of ticket purchase. 

x The mountain ticket is valid for a certain period, calculated in hours or days (skiing time), as announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of ticket purchase. A full-season valid mountain ticket is a season ticket.

x In case of misuse of the mountain ticket (e.g., using another person's ticket, using a discounted mountain ticket without the right), as well as not following safety rules (both on lifts and slopes), not following the orders of Suusakeskuste AS personnel (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors), careless or endangering behavior towards other visitors or center employees, and in similar cases, the ticket may be blocked and service denied.

x Unused skiing time due to blocking of the mountain ticket is not compensated in any way. 

x There is no right of withdrawal upon purchasing a mountain ticket (both via remote means and from the ticket office), as it is a leisure service provided within a specified period (Law of Obligations Act § 47 lg 3 p 12 and § 53 lg 4 p 7²). 

x Generally, unused skiing time is not compensated or replaced for any reason, but in extremely justified cases (e.g., in case of injury at the ski center, with proof from a doctor), Suusakeskuste AS may make exceptions to this rule. 

x By selling the mountain ticket, Suusakeskuste AS does not undertake the obligation that all tracks and lifts are open. Due to weather conditions and other factors, some tracks and lifts may be closed for the entire day or a longer period. Information about expected open tracks and lifts is provided upon ticket purchase. Lifts are occasionally stopped and tracks closed without prior notice to ensure visitor safety (due to weather conditions, lift cleaning, inspection, etc.), event organization, or other reasons. Such temporary stoppages do not entitle the return of the mountain ticket or compensation for unused skiing time. 

x In circumstances beyond the control of Suusakeskuste AS and where it would not be reasonable to expect Suusakeskuste AS to consider the circumstance at the time of ticket sale (e.g., exceptional weather conditions making service provision impossible, closure of the company, or limitation of visitors by a competent authority to prevent virus spread, etc.), unused skiing time is not financially compensated. In such cases, skiing time can be used at another time, with more detailed information provided by Suusakeskuste AS on their websites for each such incident.

x If a competent authority has set any prerequisites for service use (e.g., vaccination requirement, etc.), failure to meet this prerequisite by the visitor does not entitle withdrawal from the ticket purchase, and unused skiing time is not compensated in any way. 

x If a chip card is lost, the ticket is not replaced, and skiing time is not compensated. In the case of a lost season ticket, skiing time is loaded onto a new chip card presented or purchased by the customer based on proof of purchase or the number of the lost chip card. The service is chargeable, with prices according to the current price list. 

x Additional conditions apply to the season ticket, which are available on Suusakeskuste AS websites and ticket offices. 

x Visitors are allowed to be in the area designated for skiing and snowboarding only during the center's opening hours. Being on the premises outside of these hours can be dangerous (lack of lighting, maintenance work, etc.).

x The slopes of the ski center are solely for skiing and snowboarding; all other activities are prohibited (walking, sledding, tubing, motor vehicle movement, sleigh riding, etc.).

x Skiing and snowboarding, as well as using the services of Suusakeskuste AS, are done at the visitor's own risk and responsibility, or in the case of a child, at the responsibility of the parent or other person who allowed the child to use the ski center. The same applies to the equipment used and its adjustment to suit the rider.

x Visitors must consider that the ski center is an environment with a higher than usual risk of danger, where extreme sports are practiced, and therefore must assess whether their health condition and skills are sufficient before using the service. The person responsible for the child is obliged to make the same assessment for the child.

x In skiing and snowboarding, the rider has full control over speed and direction change (unlike, for example, tubing or sledding), and therefore Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible if the visitor is unable to brake or control speed and consequently falls, crashes into something (tree, pole, etc.), or goes off the track. The slopes of the center have notifications about the difficulty of the descent so that the visitor can assess its suitability for their skills before going on the slope. Visitors must consider that generally, there are no safety nets or barriers on the slopes, and Suusakeskuste AS is not obliged to ensure their presence.

x In addition to sufficient skills (speed control and braking), the visitor is obliged to follow internationally recognized rules: the International Ski Federation (FIS) Code of Conduct for Skiers and Snowboarders (FIS Code of Conduct for Skiers and Snowboarders, available for example: https://assets.fis-ski.com/f/252177/49280306c8/fis-code-of-conduct-for-skiers-and-snowboarders-en.pdf), as well as the mountain code, which is posted on the centers' websites and ticket offices.

x By using the snow park (jumps, rails, and other freestyle skiing elements), the visitor confirms that they are aware of the additional risks and undertakes to follow the snow park rules, which are posted on the centers' websites and ticket offices.

x Visitors must take into account that this is an activity in the open nature simultaneously with other visitors, and therefore the condition of the slopes can change significantly due to weather changes and/or the actions of other visitors (holes, bumps, mounds, icing, etc.) even within minutes.

x Visitors must behave responsibly and considerately towards others and follow the instructions of Suusakeskuste AS personnel (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors) as these are given in the interest of all visitors' safety and to prevent accidents.

x Leaving litter on the ski center premises is prohibited (except in designated and appropriately marked places); leaving it in the skiing and snowboarding area is considered an activity that endangers other visitors.

x Upon noticing an accident, the visitor is obliged to immediately inform the personnel of Suusakeskuste AS.

x Suusakeskuste AS strongly recommends that all visitors wear helmets. For minors, helmets are mandatory. In snow parks, helmets are mandatory for everyone.

x When using the lift, the visitor is obliged to follow the lift usage rules, which are posted in the lift boarding area, and also follow the instructions posted along the route (notification boards) for behavior during the ride and exiting the lift. The visitor is also obliged to follow the instructions of Suusakeskuste AS personnel (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors) when using the lift and waiting in line for the lift. Instructions may include, among other things, removing clothing items before boarding the lift, adjusting clothing for safety reasons (e.g., removing a scarf, adjusting suspenders). Ski school instructors and ski patrol, as well as ski school students with an instructor, have the right to use the lift outside the queue.

x Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible for any damage caused to the visitor by third parties.

x Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible for any damage incurred by the visitor, except in cases of intent or significant failure to fulfill its obligations.

x Suusakeskuste AS provides ski instruction services (ski school), conducted by certified ski instructors. Offering ski instruction services in the centers without prior agreement with Suusakeskuste AS is prohibited. Conducting training sessions must also be pre-approved by Suusakeskuste AS, and only trainers with professional certification are accepted. 

x The terms for ordering, modifying, and canceling ski instruction are available on the websites and ticket offices of Suusakeskuste AS.

x Suusakeskuste AS provides a rental service for alpine skiing and snowboarding equipment. 

x The client is obliged to provide accurate information about their skills during the rental process to ensure suitable equipment can be recommended.

x The client is required to report their weight as accurately as possible during the rental, which is particularly important for adjusting ski bindings. By renting, the client confirms that they understand ski bindings do not automatically release during every fall and are merely a measure to reduce the likelihood of injury. 

x The rented equipment is to be used personally by the client and only in areas designated for alpine skiing and snowboarding. The client is obliged to take good care of the equipment to prevent damage or loss and must not allow others to use it. Lost or damaged equipment must be compensated to Suusakeskuste AS. 

x The terms and conditions for equipment rental are available on Suusakeskuste AS websites and at ticket offices.

x Suusakeskuste AS highly values the privacy of its clients. This privacy notice explains how personal data is collected and used and what measures are taken to protect the data. Its purpose is to help the client understand why and how we process personal data and what rights the client has regarding their personal data.

x Personal data is processed to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., accounting, responding to inquiries from public authorities), data processing necessary for providing services (pre-contractual relationships, web usage, billing, informing about circumstances affecting service provision, information exchange between centers, client identification), based on legitimate interest (service development, maintaining client relationships, marketing activities), and based on consent (newsletters, offers, web account, so-called cookies). In connection with the above, personal data (first and last name, personal identification code, identity document number, date of birth, photo), and contact details (phone number, email address, home address, communication language) may be collected. 

x The use of cameras is for transmitting important information regarding current weather conditions, visitor numbers, etc., through the website, as well as for ensuring visitor safety and compliance with rules (right to possess a mountain ticket, use of lifts, adherence to safety rules, etc.). 

x Access to personal data is only available to employees of Suusakeskuste AS who need the data to perform their work duties. Outside Suusakeskuste AS, access to data is very limited to specific cases (individuals providing services to us, such as economic software providers, IT management and maintenance service providers, mail server service providers, website administrators, payment service providers, auditors, lawyers, as well as public authorities, such as police, courts, emergency centers, Data Protection Inspectorate, to whom we provide data only if we are legally obliged to do so). We do not store or transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or to countries for which no adequacy decision has been made under Directive 95/46/EC Article 25(6) or its successor document, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Article 45(1).

x The retention periods for personal data vary: 1) camera recordings - 1 month; 2) data on individuals who have requested an offer or made other inquiries but have not entered into a contractual relationship - 6 months; 3) contract and service data to protect against potential disputes or to make a claim to protect one's rights - 3 years; 4) accounting source documents - 7 years; 5) data for which consent has been given for processing - until the consent is withdrawn. 

x Suusakeskuste AS has established the necessary legal, organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data. Physical measures: paper documents containing personal data are stored in locked rooms and cabinets, accessible only to certain employees for their work duties, and the IT systems used are sufficiently protected against physical impacts. Technical measures: use of video surveillance, work computers are protected with a password-protected screensaver when the employee leaves, and it is ensured that the IT system does not allow new login attempts after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts, and especially vulnerable systems (e.g., laptops) are well protected (using, for example, encryption or other means). Organizational measures: roles and profiles are assigned to all IT system users; access rights are revoked when an employee leaves. If we use external service providers who process personal data, we enter into a contract with such service providers, obligating them to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data and to process personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

x Individuals have the right to know what data has been collected about them, for what purpose it is processed, to whom the data is disclosed, and how long the data is retained, as well as their rights regarding data correction, deletion, and restriction of processing. To respond to an inquiry, the inquirer must first identify themselves to ensure that the information is not provided to an unauthorized person. Inquiries are answered within 30 days. Depending on the circumstances, individuals have the right to data correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. x If any provision of the terms is invalid due to a conflict with the law, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

x The legal relationships arising are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to resolution in the Tartu County Court.
